**For Purchases, Refinances, and Title Transfers PLEASE NOTE**
When selling a unit, refinancing a unit, or transferring the title of a unit the homeowner is responsible for providing the association email (747ebhra@gmail.com) to the real estate agent(s), loan agent(s), escrow agent(s), etc. via the association email those entities may request governing docs, insurance docs, questionnaires, ect. The board requires a minimum of 1 week to provide these documents and it is the owner and agent(s) responsibility to request these items well in advance of when they are due. There is a mandatory $200 transfer fee associated with these actions made payable to 747EBHRA either out of escrow or separately by the unit owner.
